The Israeli coffee leader, Espresso Club, first approached us with a clear and concise request: to create a 1-click coffee ordering system for their clients. In addition, the app should provide users with all the information about Espresso Club’s coffee products and the ordering process, in an intuitive and easy-to-use manner.
The app should perfectly serve registered users and help Espresso Club with acquiring new users, while minimizing customer acquisition and customer service costs, increasing market share, decreasing customer churn, maximizing profits per customer and improving the overall quality of service.
We first defined 8 distinct customer segments as the target market for the app: registered users, occasional users, new customers, competitor’s customers etc. for each segment we designed a unique ordering process in order to maximize conversions and minimize costs.
The web and mobile apps that were built using the most advanced tools, was then wrapped by an impressive design that perfectly supports Espresso Club’s brand values, and was finalized with an outstanding UI/UX, that really meets the 1-click order requirement for registered users.
