Egged operates thousands of buses across hundreds of routes in Israel. Their mobile app was supposed to make public transit easier; instead, it made it worse. With a 2.2-star rating, broken navigation, inaccurate ETAs, and constant crashes, the app wasn't just losing users-it was actively tarnishing the brand of Israel's largest transportation company. The stakes were high, and Egged needed a team capable of executing a national-scale turnaround with extreme urgency.
