A National Clinic Chain Running on Phone Calls
Care Laser is Israel's largest network of aesthetic and laser treatment clinics. 33 branches, approximately 50 doctors, and hundreds of technicians serving patients across the country. But scheduling an appointment meant one thing: picking up the phone. That model couldn't scale, couldn't reduce no-shows, and couldn't meet the self-service expectations patients have from every other app on their phone.
- -Phone-only booking — Patients across 33 branches could only schedule by calling. Long hold times, limited hours, and no visibility into available slots. Patients were dropping off before they ever walked in.
